silver spring. the air is saturated. fog advisory for the entire metro region until 9:00, then we will get a fair amount of sunshine. highs in the low 70's. an isolated storms cannot be ruled out. things seem to be warming up on the roads? >> yes, a couple accidents on the maryland side. first, in virginia, no accidents. normal volume out of southern maryland. roweled 4 and route 5 trudging through the fog. the baltimore washington parkway wreck on 202, police on the scene, traffic is able to get through. i-270 south near 109 there is a wreck after 80, causing the becca. 66 at 95, no delays.

the community came together and reviewing last night in manassas. students and faculty are still in shock over the death of brian betts. many say that he was a very special educators that motivated and inspired his students. some say more than any other teacher could. for more than any principle. students and faculty wonder why anyone would want to hurt the 42-year-old. authorities say he was found in his silver spring home last thursday. two days later police discovered the suv in southeast washington. police are continuing their investigation as they search for motive and the suspect. those that knew him are trying to comfort their heavy hearts. >> he did not hurt anyone. he was a great person. >> there will be a public memorial service today. private funeral service will be held today. the public memorial is may 1 in

it's across from our television station at wilson. it's being turned into an urban oasis in the middle of roslyn, in this concrete jungle. it's an eco-friendly situation. they're making a rain garden. imagine a big hole in the concrete. that would be filled with dirt and native plants. it projects water quality by reducing the run off and the plants and micro organisms remove pollutants from the of saltwater. overall, it cuts down on pollution. it cuts down on and off by 30%. when you have a lot of concrete, there is excessive run off into the waterways. the potomac is just down the street. there is a dense fog advisory in effect until 10:00 a.m. for most of the region. mainly morgan county, west
